Facility Terms of Use
(For Guests Staying with Dogs)

    To ensure a comfortable glamping experience for all our guests and their beloved dogs, we kindly ask guests staying with their dogs to carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions.

    Please review the information, provide your consent, and submit the form before your arrival date.

    <Dog Policy Acknowledgement>

    Your dog must have received a valid rabies vaccination and a combination vaccine (5-way or higher) within the past year. Please bring the vaccination certificate or a valid antibody titer test certificate with you on the day of your stay.

    Your dog must be well-trained and able to follow basic manners, including using designated toilet areas, not barking excessively, and having no history of biting people. Please ensure that your dog does not cause any disturbance or inconvenience to other guests or nearby residents.

    Please ensure that your dog has been treated for fleas and ticks using a veterinarian-approved preventive product no later than three days before your stay.

    Within the property, your dog must be kept on a leash at all times except when inside your tent or in the designated dog run. Please supervise your dog at all times and ensure its safety.

    Please take every precaution to prevent your dog from escaping and to avoid unexpected incidents or conflicts with other guests or their dogs. We ask that you remain attentive and considerate at all times.

    Dogs that are in heat, visibly unwell, or in an unsanitary condition may be refused entry or accommodation at the discretion of the facility.

    Please do not allow your dog to get on the table or place its paws on the table while food or drinks are being served or consumed.

    If there is any possibility that your dog may have an accident inside the tent, please ensure that your dog wears a dog diaper (belly band or sanitary wear) at all times.

    If your dog soils or damages the inside of the tent, including through urination or defecation, you will be responsible for the actual cost of cleaning.

    If your dog relieves itself on the lawn, please rinse the area thoroughly with water using the watering can provided. Please dispose of any waste in the designated waste bin. Thank you for helping us keep the lawn clean and well maintained.

    If your dog has an accident indoors, please clean the area thoroughly and use the deodorizing spray provided to eliminate any odor and maintain a clean and sanitary environment.

    Please do not leave your dog unattended inside the tent. If necessary, please use our dog-sitting service.

    If you or your dog damage or soil the facilities, furniture, or equipment, you will be responsible for the actual cost of repair or cleaning.

    RITA’S RANCH also operates a dog training school, and dogs participating in training programs may be on the property during your stay. You may encounter other dogs near the adjacent building. Please exercise caution to help prevent unexpected incidents or conflicts.

    At our facility, members may use the dog training school, café, and dog run between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Guests staying for multiple nights have exclusive use of these facilities from 3:00 p.m. until 11:00 a.m. the following day.

    <Dog Run Guidelines>

    Please allow your dog to relieve itself at the designated dog toilet area before entering the dog run.

    If your dog relieves itself in the dog run, please rinse the area thoroughly with water using the watering can provided.

    Please supervise your dog at all times while using the dog run. Owners must remain with their dogs and should not leave them unattended.

    Our facility shall not be held liable for any of the following circumstances.

    • Any illness, pre-existing medical condition, unique physical condition, accident, escape, injury, or death involving your dog.

    • Any disputes, injuries, or infectious diseases resulting from contact with other dogs.

    • Any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by natural disasters or other events beyond our reasonable control.

    Any damage or injury caused by your dog to other guests, their dogs, or third parties shall be resolved between the parties involved. Our facility accepts no liability for such incidents.

    <Outdoor BBQ, Bonfire & Nighttime Guidelines>

    When enjoying a BBQ or bonfire, please refrain from loud conversations or excessive noise out of consideration for nearby residents and neighboring accommodations.

    The use or possession of noisy items such as firecrackers, aerial fireworks, party poppers, or similar items is strictly prohibited.

    When using the bonfire, please use only the designated fire pit. Before going to bed or leaving the area, make sure the fire has been completely extinguished. Please take every precaution to prevent accidents caused by unattended or improperly extinguished fires.

    From 10:00 p.m., we observe Quiet Hours to allow all guests to enjoy the sounds of nature and a peaceful atmosphere. We kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining a quiet environment by keeping music, conversations, and unnecessary movement to a minimum.

    For safety reasons, the use of the bonfire may be prohibited during strong winds or when a fire weather warning is in effect.

    The use of fire outside the designated areas of the property is strictly prohibited. Please enjoy BBQs and bonfires only in the designated areas.

    <Anti-Social Forces Exclusion Agreement>

    I hereby represent and warrant that neither I nor any of my accompanying guests are affiliated with any organized crime group or other anti-social forces, and that we will not become affiliated with such organizations in the future.
